Thank you for contacting my blog. Goatse.cx was suspended for violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for domains under the supervision of CoCCA. For more information on the CoCCA AUP please visit the following site: http://www.cocca.cx/policy.jsp

Dear Sir,
I am trying to register a .ki name and still i cannot find a registrar that does this. Your registrar list needs to be updated. I liked the old system better as I could actually find registrars that registered the extentions i wanted to. .AF is also way overdue. Says under construction since APRIL! Can we please speed things up
Thanks,
sam
Sam I have passed on your concern to the system administrator, you should receive some help soon. Thanks for dropping in on my blog.

I don't expect this to "be approved" for the blog because obviously you aren't interested in letting anyone see the truth, but this is the only way to contact anyone at this excuse for a country code administrator.
Your WHOIS system is a farce -- and I have to believe the problems are deliberate. In the first place, the security word system does not work properly (at least half the time it says the word is incorrect when it certainly is not) but even when it does allow the query the result is simply your fixed text with NO INFORMATION for the domains registered under this system.
You are making a profit providing untraceable registrations for spammers and other internet criminals -- you are worse than the slime you are profiteering from.

As you can see I have not prevented you from commenting on this blog. The complaint process is only for members of CoCCA therefore if you have specific problems with one of the ccTLD's you must be a member to file a complaint. The AUP is available for your perusal at the following link: http://www.cocca.cx/complaints.jsp
Thank you for your comments.

RE CoCCA Whois Server.
The CoCCA Whois Server can be accessed two (2) ways via the web at http://www.cocca.cx/registrar/whois.jsp OR by executing a command line query. The whois server may be reached at whois.cocca.cx.
To view the results from the web-based query you need to scroll down.
We will revisit the code to make it simpler to understand the results and the image to read.

Dear Sir,
I am the owner of a .GS domain (not included here for obvious reasons) for a few years. Following the redelegation of the GS TLD from AdamsNames to CoCCA, I have been unable to renew it through any of the accredited registrars. The problem comes from this domain being a 2 letters domain. It looks like it expired yesterday, wreaking havoc on some of my servers and I am unable to find anyone I could contact on the nic.gs website.
Could you please help me to reach the right person to address this problem.
Sincerely,
Ombudsman reply,
Thank you for contacting me, though this is not an issue for my office I have referred your issue to the domain technical support, you should be hearing from them shortly,
Herb

Dear Sir - we have been with CoCCA for many years and have been very happy. We have the domain name spartan.cx. In early January we received a message saying that out domain name was about to expire. We went through the site and paid by visa for renewal. Over the next day or so (unknown to us) the payment bounced back. We have sent several emails to try and sort this out but get no answer. We have tried phoning several times, but just get an answering machine on which we leave a message but get no reply. As we would very much like to keep this domain name, could you tell us how to contact anybody to sort this out, as our domain name has now been cancelled. Your help would be appreciate. Regards Don Messenger
Don,
Thank you for contacting me through my blog. Our subsequent e-mail exchange has resulted in a satisfactory resolution to your complaint. Your site, as explained by CoCCA support staff, was inadvertently suspended which resulted in the CoCCA staff being unable to contact you to resolve the suspension. This was cleared up once you explained your situation to me and I passed the information on to CoCCA support. I am glad to have been able to assist you in resolving the misunderstanding.
Best Regards
Herb
